Shipping and delivery terms
All orders are dispatched and delivered exclusively by DHL parcel. Shipping and packaging costs are charged per delivery.
Orders may be sent in multiple deliveries if individual items are dispatched at different times, for example due to differences in availability. The delivery split is shown in the cart and at checkout.
In these cases, shipping and packaging costs are charged for each delivery according to the rates listed below.
Shipping costs at a glance
The prices shown include packaging materials and statutory VAT.
Shipping and packaging within Germany cost €6.95 per delivery.
When the value of the goods is €100.00 or more after discounts, credits and vouchers, no more than one delivery is free. Each additional delivery incurs a shipping and packaging charge of €6.95.
Eligibility for free shipping on the first delivery is calculated using the total value of the goods ordered, less any discounts, credits or vouchers applied.
For NENA Insider Plus and Premium, no more than one delivery within Germany is free of shipping charges.
Shipping within Europe costs €15.95 per delivery. For NENA Insider Premium, no more than one delivery is free in the eligible EU countries.
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Czechia, Hungary and Cyprus.
Shipping to the countries listed below costs €29.95 per delivery. Free shipping is not available for these countries.
Australia, Israel, Japan, Canada and Russia.
Posters
One or more posters are shipped together in a separate delivery. Other items may form additional deliveries.
The regular shipping costs for the destination country apply to the poster delivery. It may be free if the conditions for a free delivery are met.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
We dispatch your order once full payment has been received.
Under normal circumstances, orders delivered to a German address arrive within 10 working days of the customer issuing the payment instruction.
Working days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
Dispatch may be delayed during our announced holiday periods. You can still place orders during these periods. They will be dispatched after we return.
We will let you know about our upcoming holiday period in good time through an information box on our shop's homepage.
Please allow longer delivery times for international orders.
Orders are delivered by the logistics company DHL.
Any delivery times that differ from those stated above are specifically indicated on the respective product page or in the order confirmation.
Shipping to Switzerland and non-EU countries
For cross-border deliveries and shipments to countries outside the European Union, any applicable taxes, customs duties and import charges must be paid by the buyer.
We recommend contacting the customs or tax authority of the destination country in advance to find out about the applicable regulations and potential costs.
Invoices are issued in euros and include 19% German VAT.
