Shipping and Delivery Terms
Delivery and shipping are made exclusively through insured DHL packages. Shipping and packaging costs are calculated per order.
If not all of the products ordered are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our own expense. In the case of partial deliveries, shipping and packaging costs will only be charged once.
Overview of the Shipping Costs
The prices shown include packaging materials and value added tax.
Shipping and packaging costs within Germany are €6.95 per order.
No shipping or packaging costs will be charged for orders with a total product value of €100.00 or more.
The product value is equal to the value of the products ordered and deliverable, less any discounts granted or gift certificates.
Shipping within Europe costs €15.95 per order.
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic and Hungary.
Worldwide shipping costs €29.95 per order.
Australia, Israel, Japan, Canada, Russian Federation and the United States of America.

Special Size / Bulky Items
If the products you have ordered can only be shipped as special size and/or bulky items, a special note will be made on the applicable product and product page.
The applicable shipping costs for such products will be clearly stated on the respective product page.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
We will ship the order after full receipt of payment.
Under normal circumstances, the order will arrive within 10 working days after the customer has completed the payment transaction, provided that delivery is made to a German address.
Working days are Monday through Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
For deliveries outside Germany, longer delivery times are to be expected.
Delivery is carried out by the logistics company DHL.
Delivery times that differ from the above-mentioned delivery times will be indicated separately on the applicable product page or in the applicable order confirmation.
Important Notice for Shipping to Switzerland and Non-EU Member States
In connection with cross-border deliveries and shipping to countries outside the European Union, all applicable taxes, customs duties and/or import duties are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend enquiring in advance with the relevant customs or tax authorities of the respective country about the applicable regulations and any possible costs.
Invoicing is made in euros and includes 19% German value added tax.
