Orders
Ordering from the NENA Fanshop is quick and easy. In just a few steps, you can select the products you want and complete your order.
Shopping Cart
Choose the products you wish to order by clicking “Add to shopping cart”. Your selection will then be added to your shopping cart.
You can change your selection at any time until you submit your order. You can change the quantity of products, completely remove individual products by clicking the waste bin icon, or simply cancel the ordering process.
As long as you have not submitted your order, you can add or remove products and change the quantity of individual items.
Once your selection is complete, click “Proceed to payment” to continue to the next step.
Payment
If you already have a customer account, log in using your e-mail address or customer number and your password.
If you do not yet have a customer account, you can register as a new customer. You can either create a customer account or place a single order without creating an account.
Your personal data is collected, processed and used in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
No other use or disclosure of your personal data to third parties will take place.

If you are already registered, you can now select your shipping address and then your preferred shipping method.
By clicking “Next”, you will proceed to the next ordering step.
Choosing the Payment Method / Submitting the Order
Please select the payment method you wish to use.
Payment is made in advance, either by bank transfer or PayPal, and only after completing the order.
Further information about the available payment methods can be found on our Payment page.
Please click “Next” to continue.
On the following page, you will find an overview of your order, including all products you have selected.
Please make sure that all information provided is correct and that the selected products, quantities, shipping address, shipping method and payment method are correct.
Please also carefully read our Terms and Conditions of Use and our Right of Withdrawal .
You can only proceed with your order after agreeing to our Terms and Conditions of Use by selecting the corresponding checkbox.
By clicking “Place Your Order”, you submit your order to us.
It is only at this point that you submit a legally binding offer to purchase the selected products.
Before clicking this button, you can cancel the ordering process at any time and/or correct the information you have entered.
All done!
After submitting your order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming that your order has been received and will now be processed.
Acceptance of your order will take place through a further e-mail, in which we inform you about the shipping of your product(s).
