To make sure that your order at the NENA Shop goes as smoothly as possible, we have put together some important information and helpful notes for you.
E-mail Delivery
If you use an e-mail account with GMX, WEB.DE or Googlemail/Gmail, delivery of the automatically generated order confirmation e-mail may occasionally be affected by your e-mail provider.
Depending on your provider, our e-mail may be placed in the SPAM or UNKNOWN folder.
We therefore recommend saving shop@nena.de in your address book before placing your order. This can help prevent delivery problems.
E-mail & Telephone During the Ordering Process
During the ordering process, please make sure that you enter your e-mail address correctly.
You can provide either a landline or mobile phone number so that we can contact you by telephone if necessary, for example if there is an urgent question regarding your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot answer other enquiries via this contact form.

Autograph Cards
Would you like to receive an autograph card signed by NENA?
Please send us a self-addressed envelope together with an International Reply Coupon to:

Please do not send an envelope with your local postage stamps. Unfortunately, these cannot be accepted by the German postal service.
The International Reply Coupon can be obtained from your local post office and allows us to purchase German postage stamps for the return shipment.
Due to the high demand, delivery of autograph cards may take several weeks.
Please be patient – your request will not get lost.
- Please do not send any items such as album covers, photos or similar items for signing.
- Personalized autographs or dedications are unfortunately not possible.
- Personal letters or messages to NENA cannot be answered.
