Right of Withdrawal

Information on the Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by e-mail.

You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose. However, using the form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from the contract.

This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returning the Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
