Lege ein passendes T-Shirt flach hin und miss die Breite von Achsel zu Achsel. Die Gesamtlänge misst Du vom höchsten Punkt der Schulter bis zum unteren Saum. Die Ärmellänge misst Du von der Schulternaht bis zum Ärmelende.

How to measure correctly:
Lay a T-shirt that fits you well flat on a surface and measure the width from armpit to armpit. Measure the total length from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem. Measure the sleeve length from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
