Shipping and Terms and Conditions of Delivery
Delivery and Shipping are made exclusively through insured DHL packages. Shipping and packaging costs will be calculated per order. In the event that not all of the products ordered should be in stock, we are then entitled to part delivery at our own cost. By part delivery, the shipping and the packaging costs will only be charged once.

Overview of the Shipping Costs (Prices include packaging materials and value added tax)

Germany: 5.95 Euros
Starting at a total product value of 75,00 Euros, no shipping or packaging costs will be charged. The product value is equal to the the value of the product(s) ordered and deliverable, less any discounts granted or gift certificates.

Europe: 14.95 Euros
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, The United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary.

World-Wide: 28,95 Euros
Australia, Israel, Japan, Canada, Russian Federation, The United States of America.

Special Size / Bulky Items
In the event that the product(s) you have ordered can only be shipped as special sized items and/or as bulky items, a special note will be made on the applicable product(s) and product page for same showing in each instance the applicable shipping costs for such products.

Delivery
Delivery shall be made to the address given by the customer. Shipping will be made by us after full receipt of payment. The order shall, under normal circumstances, be received by the applicable customer within ten (10) working days (Monday through to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays) after the payment transaction shall have been effected by the customer, provided that such delivery is to be made to a German address. For deliveries outside of Germany, longer delivery times are to be expected. Delivery shall be made by the logistics company DHL. Delivery times which diverge from the foregoing shall be indicated and expressly stated on the applicable product pages or in the applicable order confirmation.

Important Notice for Shipping to Switzerland and Non-EU Member States (“Third Party Countries)
In connection with deliveries crossing borders and in connection with shipping to countries which are outside the EU, all applicable taxes, customs duties and/or import duties are to be paid by the buyer. It is suggested that the relevant details in this regard be enquired into in advance with the applicable customs / tax authorities of the applicable and respective country(ies) in each instance. Invoicing shall be made in Euro including 19% German value added tax.
