Shipping and Delivery Conditions

Shipping with DHL

Delivery and shipping are carried out exclusively via DHL parcel service. Shipping and packaging costs are calculated per delivery.

Depending on the availability of the ordered items, an order may be divided into several deliveries. During the ordering process, you can also decide whether you would like your order to be shipped in separate deliveries. The applicable shipping costs are charged for each additional delivery.

Germany

€6.95

Shipping and packaging costs within Germany are €6.95 per delivery.

Free shipping from €100

For an order value of €100.00 or more, the first delivery is free of charge. If an order is divided into several deliveries, shipping and packaging costs of €6.95 apply to each additional delivery.

The order value relevant for free shipping is based on the total value of the order, less any discounts, credits or vouchers.

Posters are subject to the shipping costs stated on the respective product page, regardless of the order value.

Europe

€15.95

Shipping within Europe costs €15.95 per order.

Shipping to the following countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.

Worldwide

€29.95

Worldwide shipping costs €29.95 per order.

Shipping to the following countries:

Australia, Israel, Japan, Canada, Russia and USA.

Posters

Posters are shipped separately in a shipping tube and therefore cannot be shipped together with other items.

The applicable shipping costs are clearly stated on the respective product page and apply regardless of the order value.

Delivery

Delivery Address

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery Time within Germany

We ship after receipt of full payment.

Under normal circumstances, orders delivered to an address in Germany arrive within 10 working days after the payment order has been placed by the customer.

Working days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

During our announced holiday periods, shipping may be delayed accordingly. Orders can still be placed during this time. In this case, shipping will take place after our return.

We will inform you about our current holiday period in good time via an information box on the shop's homepage.

Deliveries Abroad

Longer delivery times must be expected for international deliveries.

Shipping Provider

Delivery is carried out by the logistics company DHL.

Any delivery times deviating from those stated above will be specifically indicated on the respective product page or in the order confirmation.

Shipping to Switzerland and Non-EU Countries

Information for deliveries to third countries

For cross-border deliveries and shipments to countries outside the European Union, any applicable taxes, customs duties and import duties are payable by the buyer.

We recommend checking with the customs or tax authority of the respective country in advance regarding the applicable regulations and possible costs.

Invoices are issued in euros and include 19% German VAT.
