Lay a suitable T-shirt flat and measure the chest width from armpit to armpit. Measure the total length from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.

Wash with similar colours.
Do not iron over the print.
Wash and iron inside out.
Drying: Do not tumble dry.
